Entertainment: Aidan James: Singer/Songwriter/Musician

Aidan James has toured the US and internationally including Japan and Tahiti. He has played at the legendary Whisky A Go Go,  the House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafes Honolulu, Tokyo, San Diego, Las Vegas, and on the steps of Capitol Hill, DC.  He has been interviewed on TV news, radio stations, NPR, and international publications including HI Lux Magazine's special Rock 'n Roll edition, "Blooming Talent: Ones to Watch" and in Italy's Elle Magazine photo shoot with Model/Designer Tori Praver.

In late 2013, at the age of 11, Aidan began songwriting.  His first original single he co-wrote, "One of the Ones", came out on itunes early 2014. At its launch, it was placed on an episode of "Hawaiʻi Five-0" and the music video was contracted to Hawaiian Airlines' inflight program. Aidan continued to write more original songs and collaborated with different artists and genres.  He debuted his EP, "Live Again", on Christmas 2014 which was nominated for the 2015 Na Hoku Hanohano Award ("Hawaiian Grammy's'") for "EP of the Year."  It was not only a major accolade for this young singer-songwriter but he broke the record for being the youngest artist ever to be nominated in its prestigious Na Hoku 30+ year history.
